Please beware! Staff is untrained and uninformed or what their job in-tells. The vehicle price was decent and the vehicle is mechanical sound as far as we know! We were approved through a financial institution that they did not directly work with. With knowing that information I informed and told both salesman and finance persons with documents were needed if we were going to follow through with this deal. They informed me that they had the relevant documentation and would fax it to our financial institution by close of business that day. Of course on "Good Faith" we were allowed to leave with the vehicle contingent on them sending the proper documentation and receiving a check within 72hrs. The financial institute called me on a Friday evening and said they had not received any information from Equity which prompted me to give them a call. Fernando the finance person who partook in the sale answers puts me on hold then hung up the phone! I called back and was never able to get him on the line. I informed them on how poorly trained the staff was on their process and that training should take place. Had the proper information been given I would have been able to make a different decision instead of being stuck with a vehicle being financed through their lender then financing with our own.
