The facility seems nice...recently updated. People working here seemed friendly enough.
Upon checking in I was asked to fill out information which included my vehicle make model plate etc...I've done this before so I wasn't supposed. However, once I was finished they handed me a parking pass and asked me to put in my dash....not a big deal just a total pain in the rear when I'm standing in the lobby with all my luggage and garments, etc. I had to either drag all my luggage up to my room and return to my car or drag all my luggage out to the car again. Like I said...probably not a huge deal, just not a customer friendly process is all.
In addition, the wireless here is lousy. This was a business trip and internet connectivity is crucial. I had gotten kicked off the connection so many times I was very frustrated. In addition as this was international travel, my Verizon charges shot way up as I couldn't keep a decent consistent connection. Solid internet is a must have when I am traveling for work....I won't be able to return as a guest here. I can't take a chance that it'll be improved next tkm
