Save yourself from mistaking the same mistake I did in choosing this place. Worst experience ever! I put on my order sheet, which I still have that I have an L shaped couch.. Also a large. The gentlemen comes and he goes "your being charged extra for this, it's large" I said I know it's big it clearly says it on your work order "Large Shaped couch" also... I put I was going to have 15 boxes but I end up only having 11. I told them I wanted to be refunded because I didn't have as many boxes I placed on the order. Shawn which is the rep who did everything over the phone told me it's not a problem to put down more boxes and have it changed when they come. The guy who came tells me your being charged more if you don't like it I can take my men And leave... And started getting a Little loud in my apartment. When they come for delivery.. They tried to charge me wayyyyy more money... I hear the driver tell the other driver "if he doesn't give you money don't help him bring his stuff in.." I just paid you 1300.. And you don't want the delivery guy to help me put my stuff in?? He opens the truck and they damaged my stuff.. Also placed someone else's couch seat on the floor.. And they break someone's expensive plates, cups, all glass antique. I call to Complain about the guy who came to my house to pick it all up.. The complaint goes to the same guy who came to my house and tells me i have no right to call and complain about him And I am making him very mad??? Worst company ever.. I watched them damage someone else's property as well as my mattress, and my memory foam is all stained and dirty. There insurance is .60 per pound. So for example you have a 15 pound tv... That cost you 1500.00 your getting about 6.00 for the tv if your lucky. Please do not go to this company.
