worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a groupon for a cut and color. No one at the front desk to greet me, so I had to walk around to find someone to help me. When I said I had an appt, my stylist was no where to be found. He then came in and did not even acknowledge I was sitting in the main area. When he finally acknowledged me I told him I had an appt for a cut and color he told me that since my hair was past my shoulders it would be extra. I told him it was only the roots I needed colored and I have never had to pay extra for just my roots if my hair was longer than shoulder length. He totally pulled an attitude on me and refused to color my hair until I toned my attitude over his poor customer service. I told him to please go mix the color and do my roots. He never looked at my hair to match the color correctly, lucky for me it worked. It was painful as he kept pulling my hair.
I then wanted long layers in my hair and he basically gave me a blunt cut.
NEVER NEVER set foot in this salon again!!!!
