Definitely better than the Sheraton across downtown. The Westin has that nice hotel smell, bright lighting, and spacious bathroom. The front desk was efficient and depending on who you get can be a hit or miss.
Plush bedding, clean sheets ( which you can tell from all the crisp folds), the pillows are very feathery, and you can tell the carpets been vacuumed. The bathroom is spacious with a large vanity and a rainfall shower head. Toiletries include: shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and even a nice lavender roller ball for when you go to sleep. Free bottle water if you're an SPG member.
The room offers a luggage stand, fridge, desk, and a decent TV. This place is often booked and can get pricey if you don't book early enough!
