This shop first started online, selling kits and products to mix your own flavors! And they now have a location you can visit physically! Good stuff
I live on the east side, but my girlfriend lives on the west, I stopped here on my way to her house one day. I have to be honest, I saw the free flavor jar here and wanted a couple, for testing purposes of course! I walked in, there's not a place i can sit and relax comfortably, the only space you have is surrounded by glass showcases, it looks quite nice! They have a good variety of flavors. I've tasted around 10 to 20 of their tasters, and about 10 caught my taste buds.
Unfortunately i could not purchase anything due to a date i had with my gf, but ill definitely be back to purchase some. I received a business card from the nice lady helping me and a couple samples. The samples were nothing extraordinary, but they weren't bad.
Customer service was average on my visit. Very friendly, knowledgeable to an extent. the man i talked to first didn't know too much about rebuildables which i had on me that day, he took some toots off his mvp and he loves it. He's a nice guy.
Overall a good experience, i like their prices, love their sample jar as it's a good touch, they have many sizes of bottles so if you like to stock up for a good price, you can start here if you prefer physical transactions.
