I called and made an appointment. I arrive 15 minutes early. Waited in their line to CHECK IN for 20 minutes! Then the guy listed me as late! I said I was not late I was 15 minutes early. His face turns red and I sit down. 1 HOUR after the 20 minute wait they have not called my name. I go to the same red faced man. He checks. They are backed up I am told. They call me. I ask the nurse. They apparently had only one breast screening room and tech open but two scheduled. So I will not use them again and I recommend you don't either. The muse explained they overbook on purpose so if there happens to be a cancellation they meet their daily quota anyway. I would give them zero stars if possible
