Tara did a great job of informing us about a relaxed birth, options, and the overall education of birth and breastfeeding. We feel so much more prepared this time around and the relaxation techniques are good for pregnancy, not just birth. I highly recommend taking the hypnobirthing class from Tara. She's funny, kind, informed, and a great teacher. Well worth it!
