Wow! Not only was the work that was done of excellent quality, but the customer service was outstanding! I needed a lab coat embroidered with my son's name along with a molecule he designed. He specifically wanted it on the pocket. But the pocket either had to be sewn shut or there was a possibility of the embroidery bunching up. The owner graciously took it upon herself to take the pocket off, embroider it, and sew it back on. It came out beautiful! And she didn't even charge anything extra for the additional labor involved. She is now my go-to for any type of embroidery needs and other services they may provide. Kudos to you Bowdacious!
