I had an orthodontic dental emergency and had called 4 other dental offices that day, all of which had no availability (many offices close around 4-5pm, but I was not able to leave work early). Dr. Cruz's office was open later and they were able to accommodate me. The office itself is located right downtown by the Sheraton. It was only a short walk from Osgoode subway station, which was great because there was a snowstorm! The office interior is quite nice and the staff were all very friendly to me. I was evaluated by Dr. Cruz and her assistant, Allie (sp?), did the procedure for me. It was quick and easy. Thanks very much!
