When here today after Pat's Run for a hearty breakfast. There was about a 10 min wait so we decided to sit at the bar. Usually when you sit at the bar at a restaurant you get waited on pretty quickly. Not here! We waited about 10 minutes before somebody asked us if we wanted coffee or anything?? By that time we were already ready to order and we did and the food was really, really good! So the wait was worth it as far as the taste of the food goes - I will give you that. My son had the chicken and waffles and they were delicious. Then, we finished our meal and waited another 15 minutes or so while our waiter at the bar walked past us a few times to deal with other customers. Finally, I flagged down another waitress and asked her if we could just pay our bill so we can get going and she said she would take care of it. She gave us our bill we paid and she apologized and we took off. I guess the moral of the story is - great food, not so great service. If you've got a lot of time, go there! If not, maybe opt for some place with quicker service.
