Initially I saw Dr. Martin a couple times and he offered no help and no medication despite needing it. I then was transferred to Dr. Peprah and he kindly refilled my medication request. I now called today to make a follow up appointment as I was directed one month after my initial visit with him. When talking to the staff today there was absolutely no medical record of me seeing him despite his name being right on my medication bottle. Very unacceptable charting and patient records, very would highly advise going somewhere else. As an RN this is extremely unacceptable and I will be calling the state to report this medical error to protect myself and patients in the future.
