The managers here took care of my issue, but the employees are lazy. I place online orders all the time and just pick it up in store when I find the time to get over there. Today I told the cashier I was here for an order (so he could call the manager over), and walked past to the pick up area. He pointed to the managers standing across the store and told me the managers were there.
OK....
I waited a few minutes and he didn't bother to call them over. I had to ask him if he was going to get them for me or not. Again, he said they are right there, as if me asking him to do his job was troublesome. I had to walk across the store to go get them myself.
