Unsanitary, finding shredded plastic bits in your drink.
What's even worse was when I came back to ask for a replacement drink which I did discretely cause I understand that it might have just been an accident, they go on trying to make it seem like it wasn't their fault. They were saying how it might have been caused by me poking the straw at the plastic cup, which was impossible cause I never had to poke my straw at the cup as it was given to me as an open lid. They also asked me to show them the bits of plastic, what do you want me to do take a sip of my drink again and spit out the small tiny bits of plastic? Really?
Never coming back to this place.
The situation wasn't handled professionally and staffs needs more training when it comes to handling their drinks.
