Okay so clearly having your car towed/booted is an annoying experience. This company has booted my car and towed my friends car before...however they are required to do so by various building and parking lot rules, so a lot of the anger at towing companies is misdirected. That being said, I was on the other side of this recently : I needed my car towed that wasn't starting. I won't bore you with the details of the other incompetent companies I attempted to deal with but United told me exactly when they would be available, showed up, took the car at an extremely reasonable price, dealt with a bunch of odd irritating requests that I had, and without being asked called me when the car was dropped off at the shop for my comfort. Additionally the man who towed my car was extremely courteous and pleasant the entire time, this was an annoying experience made better by United.
