This location (and bank in general) used to be a good solid bank. They recently took away the merchant teller line at this location and when asked why, the teller was very rude and snooty about it. My husband is a business owner, and he needs to be able to get in and out of a bank quickly. This location could care less about customer service, even the manager has a horrendous attitude towards customers and their needs. The tellers here are always super slow and the line is always super long. If you NEED to go to a BOA, I reccomend saving yourself the time and hassle and going to the one on northern. But your best bet is to just bank with another institution all together who actually appreciates their customers and their business. If there were negative star ratings, this location definitely deserves it. Go somewhere else for your business needs where you will be taken care of.
