REALLY impressed with this place. I showed up on a weekday around 10 and there wasn't a place to park and a long line. I highly considered coming back another time but really liked the look and wanted to try it out. The patio is awesome with tons of shade and seating. The line moved quickly and I grabbed a great iced coffee and the basic American breakfast. Every bit of the food tasted crazy fresh and was perfectly cooked. I'll be back...frequently. Shudder to think of what the place looks like on a weekend though. Worth it.
