Amazing service! The technician (Ross) that came out to inspect a leak that we found in our bathroom and adjacent closet was awesome. We had a "plumber" from our home warranty company (Sonoran Home Service) come out and couldn't figure out where the leak was originating, insisting there was a crack in the concrete slab and they couldn't fix it. Ross arrived on time and after seeing the leak, immediately checked the water meter and saw no excessive use. He then stated that it was probably just the wax ring for the toilet (which is what I had thought this whole time but was told by Sonoran that it wasn't). Wax ring was repaired and even referred us to another great company (Dry Star Restoration) to remediate any damage done from the leak. Will definitely use these guys again!
