I scheduled a girlfriends Spa Day, massage and facial to start the weekend off to celebrate my best friends bday. 2 hours before my appt I get a call from Ballantyne Spa informing me that one of my massages would need to be cancelled due to staffing. I immediately told the spa rep that this is unacceptable and that she needed to find me something at the 1230 time slot. When I originally scheduled the appt they had several slots available for the same service. That's means Ballantyne Spa cancelled my service instead of cancelling someone that scheduled after me, knowing that I planned this for my friends bday. I felt that the Spa didn't appreciate my time and it was very disrespectful. As a business, Ballantyne Spa needs to value a client's time and treat everyone the same. You think they would have offered my friends and I free services due to their lack of professionalism. I heard that Ballantyne Spa treated some people differently and I never thought I would be in a position to say it's true!
