Just got back from picking up my dog from 4-Paws N a Tail and am furious! It was our first time with her and I walk into her shop a bit early to pick up my dog. I peek through the crack in the door and see her working on my dog and take a seat to wait for her to be done. I hear "You're so annoying!" and then a bit later I hear her yell "STAND UP!" and then later "I don't understand why you won't just stand up!". I immediately stood up, shouted through the door for her to give me my dog and that I had been standing there for 10 minutes and heard her yelling at him. She said she just needed to finish his ears to which I again told her to just give me my dog! She started to tie the bandana around his neck and I told her to not bother and to (again) just give me my dog! I again told her I had heard everything she said and asked her if this is how she runs her business, yelling at the dogs? She apologized, I told her I would be plastering this all over social media and absolutely would not be paying for these services (she said ok) and I left. Think twice before taking your pets here.
