My mother and I both see Dr. Wellock. He is a very caring doctor but his office staff is the worst!!! My mother is 93 years old and had a serious issue that I needed to discuss with Dr Wellock. I called and left a message about the urgency. No call back so I went down in person and Dr Wellock wasn't in so they PROMISED they would give him the message. Days later, still no response. I had to get her a new doctor. Even when my mother got a pneumonia shot at their office (she has Medicare and tricare) they charged her hundreds of dollars. It was supposed to be free! We couldn't get any help from the billing department and before I could go down to settle it, I found out my mom just paid the bill so they would stop bothering her. I didn't switch my own care right away, but when I recently needed refills and the pharmacy said my doctor's office simply would not respond, I'd had enough. I even called Dr Wellock's office to tell them I was out of my medicine and was told that they showed the pharmacy's request had come in, but they needed to wait for the Dr to sign the request. 5 days later, the pharmacy still had heard nothing. My reviews for other businesses are very positive, but This Banner is TERRIBLE!!
