This place is horrible. We usually have a wonderful experience but we will never shop here again. We ordered an open stock fridge. When they delivered it a week later the guys who brought it said the plug was broken. This should have been looked at before it was loaded on the truck to be delivered a week out. They also lied and said they would give us a 5 year warranty/device plan for the price of a 3 year. They over charged us. When I called I spoke to Shirley and she acted like I was putting her out when I asked to get another fridge delivered. Her attitude and lack of customer service lead us to cancel our second order and go with Lowes.
It's been two weeks without a refund so we called back and they were still yet to process it. Horrible store, the worst service. Never again. I'd avoid this place like a VD clinic.
P.S. We got a better deal at Lowes and no HH Gregg would not price match. They quoted me a higher price for the same fridge.
