Edited review. Long story short, I had an overall disappointing experience with Brio and thought that it may have just been an off night. The parent company contacted me in regard to my previous review and asked for a second chance. My wife and I took them up on their offer and enjoyed a wonderful meal, professional and friendly service, and an overall excellent experience. If you have problem with your meal or service, bring it up with the manager (as I should have at the time) and I'm sure they will correct it. I'll definitely visit Brio again and now recommend it.
