This is one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. I was in an accident and I had to come here for a rental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted. I noticed that everyone that was waiting has been helped and seem satisfied. The young man that helped me knew I was there because I did not have my vehicle due to some kind of accident and asked me what kind of vehicle did I drive. He then gave me a vehicle that was very similar to mine without me asking. He could of easily put me in a smaller car but he didn't. I had the vehicle for about 30 days and when I returned they quickly took me to the auto repair shop to pick up my car. The gentleman that dropped me off was hilarious and had me laughing the entire car ride. That evening I noticed I left my garage door opener and laptop in the rental. I showed up the next day and they had my belongings waiting for me. This a great and honest staff. You don't find customer service like this anymore!!!
