I met my wife and friends here on July 23 as I was driving from Tempe and by the time I got there the rest of the party had gotten their food. I sat there for maybe 15-20 minutes for the server to come back to the table so I could order food but he never did. I had to ask the busser for a glass of water and a menu and then waited another 10 or so minutes and the server never came back so I left and we to Cafe Rio on McDowell (excellent steak tacos by the way) instead while the rest of my party finished their meal. My wife told me later the server never offered to refill their drinks or bring more chips and salsa so didn't leave much of a tip when the bill finally came. The service here is a joke and I hope the server gets fired. I can get better service at a fast food restaurant and in fact I did, although that isn't saying much. The ambiance was severely lacking as well, it wasn't much better than a typical Taco Bell.
