Place was not clean. Buffet was totally picked over. No utensils to pick up desserts. Other guests were using their hands. No one working the stations--so no french toast or made to order omelette. Beef on the carving station was not Prime Rib...but that's what they told us it was. No turkey at the carving station. Had to wait twice for plates for the buffet--and it wasn't even that busy.
Staff was polite and nice.
Would not recommend.
