The last time I visited here was 7 years ago, at that time they didnt have the aquarium, which I may say is a nice addition. Went last week, the prices have doubled for good reason, there is more wildlife to take care of now that they have the aquarium. Anyhow you can always find good coupons. The best one is inside a carton of Hickman's eggs. Buy one ticket get one free. The last time we were there was horrible. The staff was rude, snack bars were closed, it was hot and alot of the soda machines didnt work. This time was a little better. The stingray aquarium is a must see. The soda machines worked this time, the park is much bigger now. The only part that wasnt my favorite was the fish aquarium. They have little trays full of starfish and sea urchins you can touch. My child was not aware that the top trays were the only ones you could put your hand inside. She found out quickly when the young girl with the brown bun on her head, (don't know her name) snapped at my daughter. I wanted to cuss her out and fling her out from behind the desk, but we were having a good time and didnt want to ruin it. Perhaps my daughter interrupted her in the middle of playing games on her phone or tablet or whatever the heck the contraption she was holding was. Major attitude, didnt seem like she enjoyed her job. Anyhow, the aquarium has you exit through Dillon's restaurant. We decided to have dinner and it was out of this world. Chicken fried steak, yum and the best onion rings ever. The best part is the large shark tank in the dining room. The small animal exhibit reeked of urine to the point you couldnt breathe and it burned your eyes. I will say I did see people cleaning out some of the cages, but apparently a little too late. The baby nursery exhibit was adorable, however the baby wart hogs cage really needed to be cleaned bad.
