There was BLOOD on my sheets. Not washed in blood either. When I called the front desk I was told it's unacceptable they will change my room. I said it's late (10PM) and asked if they could just change my sheets (I have a 2 year old, 10 month old and dog) they said no, we have to change rooms and the only one available was at the other end of the complex. Get to the new room and there was NO A.C. so my husband goes to the front to let them know and now they move us back into the other room and send my husband with fresh sheets so I could change them, mind you I have been traveling all day with two kids and a dog last thing I want to do is move rooms two times then have to change my own bed clothes. This is very unacceptable.
