The major issue with this store is they don't carry several mainstream makeup lines. This location is right outside of Arrowhead Mall and right against Bell road. This is easily one of the most high-traffic shopping centers in the entire west valley, yet this store doesn't carry Lancôme foundation, doesn't carry Morphe, and won't even be carrying Mac that is now launching at Ulta. My second issue with this store is they never have enough store employees out on the floor to answer questions, help match foundations, etc. Also, the overall flow of this store doesn't make any sense. They should reorganize to make it set up identical to the Happy Valley location. Also I'm so tired of the store employees saying this is a small store. It's a full size Ulta, not some mini mall kiosk. There's no excuse for one of the busiest Ulta locations on this side of town to not carry all brands that other Ulta's carry.
