Came here for breakfast one morning when I really needed something simple and greasy to calm my stomach. The service was decently quick, but then again I only ordered OJ and hash browns. They were just okay... kinda bland, pretty mushy, but then again I didn't specify them any particular way. I did have a group of friends here very late one night and they were waiting for their food for an hour and no one was the least bit sympathetic or apologetic. They told the manager they'd been waiting an inordinate amount of time and were told "what do you want me to do about it?". So... maybe just don't go late at night.
