My sister went into the BigOTire on October 8 in the morning with a flat tire. She has 2 little kids and her husband is deployed in the military so she is staying with us. My father went with her to get her tire fixed and helped to wrangle the children while they waited. They stated that the valve was broken and replaced it at no charge. We were super grateful, but the next day, she walked outside and her tire was flat again. She ended up going to a different tire place and they found a nail in the tire. In addition, they found that the prior tire sensor had been shoved into the tire which cause additional wear on the tire and put my sister and her family at risk of a another flat or blowout. THIS is not even what got me. The next day, my dad dropped by the tire store to let them know what had happened so they could coach the tech who did it, but the manager on duty told my dad that he was on duty yesterday and it was most certainly not the same Big O Tire location that it happened at. My dad informed him that he was actually at the location with my sister and proceeded to describe the manager who was actually there. I think it is really upsetting that they would treat someone like that and basically take advantage of my sister and then call her a liar. Disgraceful. I will not do business with Big O and will most definitely not let anyone I care about do business either.
