The worst place to get your vehicle serviced. If you can avoid this place very unprofessional staff. First they tell me its a 20 minute wait it turned to 1 hour wait before they even looked at my car. After they looked at my car they tell me the oil change is 46.95. I proceeded to tell him I had a coupon for a discounted oil change he said it was to another location. I asked if they were franchise or corporate he said both corporate so why the difference in price. He offered me ten dollars off which I refused because it makes no sense why he couldn't accept the coupon i mentioned to him that PepBoys also had a coupon for 24.95 which he ignored... After him contacting his manager which it took him 20 minutes behind closed doors. He then comes out and provides me with an 1-800 number which I will be contacting due to the nature of their unprofessionalism . Their low class minimum wage managers that have no customer service skills to make executive decisions to satisfy the customer. Very shitty place to do business with.
