I was really disappointed. I ordered a custom simple cake, vanilla with caramel butter-cream. The event was Sunday, so I picked the cake up the Saturday before since PS is closed on Sundays. When we tasted the cake the next day, it was dry, and the butter-cream literally tasted like you were eating a stick of margarine. I was so excited when I picked it up! What a let down.
