Believe the reviews! From the (wood floor) idea inception to job completion took only two weeks. Doug came to my home to measure and provide samples, emailed a quote on Memorial Day (!) and they got started the next week. The price was fair, the service and the work was exceptional. Beware of the installation crew - They show up, take over and work until the job is done - just stay out of the way and enjoy. Thank you Doug and Michael for my beautiful new floors, every aspect of this job exceeded my expectations.
