Dr. Reese and her staff are amazing! Without a doubt. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment I scheduled a follow up appointment, the experience was wonderful. I had been a patient at Crowne Dental when a different dentist owned the practice, and just the other day, at the worst possible time, I broke a front tooth veneer. I called Crowne Dental, they told me that the previous dentist sold the practice and move to California, made sure I was ok with that and scheduled an appointment the same day. When I arrived at the office, Jury (sp?) greeted me by name, welcoming and friendly, and handled all of the insurance stuff. After a very short wait, I was called to the examination room...and I wish I had gotten everyone's names - but they were all wonderful and professional. Now, if you're like me, unless you grew up here, it took you a long time to find a dentist or you probably haven't found one yet that you like. Well, Dr. Reese is the one! Dr. Reese is first and foremost, a Doctor. She is kind, considerate, empathetic, compassionate, professional, brilliant, and highly skilled. And super personable, funny, and easy to talk to (as much as you can talk in a dentist's office!). Dr. Reese explained everything that she did, and she fixed my tooth (better than it looked before!). My wife and kids weren't able to come to Crowne Dental because the previous dentist had very limited hours. But now, Dr. Reese has great hours that fit the whole family's schedule, and my wife and kids will be coming to Crowne Dental. I highly recommend Crowne Dental and Dr. Reese.
