I had a concern about why the plumbing job was done the way it was in my laundry room. Pipe Dreams office manager, Candalyn, called me yesterday to see how my service call turned out. After explaining my concerns to her, she immediately called the owner, Chance, who came by this morning to assess the situation. Chance explained to me why the job was completed as it was without some of the parts and why I was sold other parts. Chance is very customer oriented. He reimbursed me for the entire service call because of the misunderstanding and the inconvenience. I am now a happy customer. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. In fact, Chance gave me his personal cell phone number for future business. You can't ask for more than that!
