The problem isn't the product. It's the service. There is always a long line with no one around trying to help or coordinate people. It's left to one person to get doughnuts and check out customers, while never apologizing for the long wait.
Don't ever expect just to quickly run in and get a donut and leave. It's so disappointing to have such poor customer service.
