Came to this location to pick up a package. I live in a Condo building with 24 hour Concierge Service.... HOWEVER, Fedex didn't even bother giving me a call. All they did was leaving me with a note on my mailbox saying that I can either pick up at their warehouse or wait until Monday when they try to make another delivery. I decided to not wait until the weekend. Arrived at the warehouse at 8:30 pm. Seven group of people are lining up - 30 minutes before closing. One person working at the counter... How is this efficient? What is even more befuddle to me is that you can hear at least 5 people working/laughing in the back room, yet no one comes to the counter and help. Ridiculous. On top of everything, I ordered a product from the UK worth $60 dollar CAD. Guess how much Fedex charged me to release the package? $25 dollar! almost 50% of duty !? Does that make sense?? Lastly, when I go back to my order page from Fedex, guess what the status say? "Delivery complete".... try Pick-up complete... If I can give this place a ZERO star, I would.
