Folks, I would like to share my experience after visiting this restaurant for the second time now. My second visit was on a Monday night when the restaurant was less crowded. When we were seated, we waited at least 15 minutes before we asked one of the staff to get our menus. The food was very good, atmosphere was loud. The service was poor. The hostess was unfriendly and our waitress was very slow and unprofessional. It took at least 20 min for our waitress to come to our table and take our order. There was an incident in the restaurant while we were there, as one of the staff dropped a plate of food on the ground and the pieces landed on my shoulder and our table. Thank god no one got hurt. We never got an apology or a visit from the management team to see if we were OK. We mentioned the incident to our waitress and she kinda ignored the situation by giving us an insincere apology. Honestly, we will not return to this restaurant until there is a major change in staff's attitude and better management engagement with customers. From my experience working in the service industry, poor management leadership leads to poor staff attitude and work ethics.
