We have been bringing our dog to this location for grooming for the past couple of years and until recently had no issues. I had an appointment for today at 11:30, brought her in on time and then was told they were very busy and it was "going to be awhile....at least 5 or 6 hours". The last time we took her, we were angry because they had our dog for more than 7 hours! They overbook and then your dog suffers. I expect it to be a few hours, but this is ridiculous. We will never go back to this location......plenty of other groomers around.
