REPOST SINCE THE OWNER DELETED MY LAST REVIEW!
I had the worst experience here yesterday. I wanted to take my daughter in for a pedicure to spoil her a bit and enjoy some mother/daughter time. Since having my son 7 months ago these moments have been few and far between.
We arrived about 11 am (I understand this is a busy time of day). We were told it would be about 15 mins. We waited for almost 40.
I requested 2 pedicures. As we were called back, we were lead to one chair, in between 2 ladies. I asked where she was supposed to sit and got a blank stare. So, they moved us on the other side where there were more than enough open chairs.
As they lined my tub with a plastic liner and began to fill it with water, she was left sitting in her chair. No water. Nothing. I kept thinking the lady providing my service may get to it after she finished getting mine set up. Never happened.
My daughter asked several times, "Mommy what about my water? What about my bubbles?" And Just kept saying be patient honey they'll get to it. They never did.
Towards the end of my pedicure, that lasted less than 30 mins, someone finally came over and asked if she wanted a pedicure. Pressed for time, I said no. I requested 2 pedicures when we walked in. (And was also on the sign in sheet)
They did at least paint her nails. Following our services, or lack thereof, we were lead back to the front for our nails to dry, only, there was nowhere for us to sit. So they left us standing in the middle of the salon. No spray, Nothing.
I won't be back to this salon ever again. We were treated so poorly and it was absolutely heartbreaking to see the look of disappointment on my daughter's face.
