I am in the last stage of selling my home and my A/C breaks down. You have got to kidding me!!
I was referred to FBI after I received a horribly high quote ($2,400) from Parker and Sons to fix the unit. This was after my 10% discount for having a maintenance contract with them. The Parker and Sons Rep said he was going to have to replace an expensive piece of the unit because he couldn't detach the one part that was actually leaking.
Dean, from FBI, came out the same day when I called in a panic. He took a look at it and said it was leaking where Parker and Sons stated, but he could replace the one part which was a lot cheaper.
Dean ordered the part and made time in his schedule the next day to fix it. I ended up paying $1,200 to FBI.
Dean explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He was extremely professional. I will be using FBI from now on and referring all to Dean. Amazing service!!
