I grew up skating and worked at two rinks for a long time. Rancho location is missing so much opportunity to interact with customers. The floor is good and the place is clean. Guy at the entrance was nice but everybody inside is more indifferent. They have to get to know their regulars, they bring in more people. The music is terrible. Almost nothing current, Africa Bambata, really? 1985 is not your target genre. Only one game for the kids, limbo. Poorly executed and I could not understand a word the DJ said. No couple, blackout, or reverse skate. Guards let phones on the floor, asking for a broken arm. Lucky not a lot of people to run into each other.
If you just wanna skate, go. But if you want to have fun, go somewhere else. So much missed potential to include the customers. Price is high for what you get also.
