The last two days the train has stopped at the Triskett station every 25-30 minutes, and this has made everyone on the train LATE! The normal 10/15 minute wait has doubled without warning! Service is inconsistent and less trains are running or the driver is taking their sweet old time making all passengers late. Upon calling the RTA we were told the trains were on-time, and there were no delays. Our experience says otherwise. Also, the elevators have been down for a week now, and this is overly burdensome for our elderly and handicap riders that rely on a functioning elevator, and cannot make it up the stairs. Stop making everyone late for work, and start providing prompt service. If there are delays, then this needs to be communicated to all riders to allow them to prepare to get on a train that is over crowded and packed like a can of sardines (Big safety hazard). Your customers shouldn't have to tell you how to run your business.
