This is my first time here and I love it! The smoothie bars go to girl is definitely Lisa sweet and soft spoken exactly what you need after a yin class or a TRX class. A Little word of friendly advice please place your order at the beginning of your class. They have an option to set a time for pick up. Take advantage of it instead of complaining if it takes longer than expected. The classes are amazing the instructors even more so. Although I will say for such a "zen" environment, some people who come out of those classes need to take the "zen" with them :)
