Very Unprofessional
So I go through Groupon to buy a perm and I decided to go through the LaJa's salon (DO NOT BUY HER GROUPON). I call her and she informs me that she will not honor her groupon. I have to fight groupon to refund my money (which still hasn't happened ). I decide to continue to give her the benefit of the doubt and schedule an appointment with her. I tell her what I want and we talk over the phone and text. I go to set up an appointment with her and I was very excited because I have a big event coming up on 1/23/2018. I had my appointment scheduled for about a week when out of no where (the Sunday night past 5:00 before my event 1/21/2018) she texts me and just says I DON'T DO PERMS ANYMORE!!!!!! Why didnt she just tell me before so I could find someone who would do my hair? But no. Meanwhile, she has my credit card number and everything. THIS IS THE WORST SCHEDULING I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, super unprofessional. So beware.
