So I had a ton of fun tubing on the Salt River, but mostly because it is just so fun to float down the river, enjoy the scenery, and have a great time with friends and family. We did the three hour trip, which I thought was a perfect amount of time. I would highly recommend that anyone who does this brings tons of sunscreen and water, and maybe a hat if you are extra sun-sensitive. I really think that the company could make some improvements to the facilities and services to improve the experience. For one, the restrooms are absolutely awful. I get that it may not be possible to put in a permanent restroom, but improvements (like a shade structure, hand sanitizer, having someone check to make sure the trash, etc is not out of control) could definitely be made. Also, a shade structure over the waiting area would be nice. I don't think either of these things would bother me if it weren't for the fact that literally hundreds of guests are paying almost $20 a trip for the experience, and the services available just seemed unnecessarily minimal.
