We used Cleaning Authority for years. And, for years had random issues. But, there were several glaring issues that I finally could not overlook. I won't go too much into detail, because I seriously doubt many of the problems have been repeated for other customers; some have just been so outlandish they are almost unbelievable. We did have repeat problems with broken items. Cleaning Authority was always good about taking responsibility and fixing what they broke, until the last item, which cost hundreds of dollars to replace. They denied responsibility. I know I didn't break it, my husband didn't break it, so the only other people in the house at the time, was the Cleaning Authority crew. I have to say that overall they did a decent job of cleaning. I really liked their mop system they had, not a typical string mop like other companies. Would I hire them again? Absolutely, not. Would I recommend them? No.
