I was a long-time patient of Dr. Pardee and was saddened by her retirement. I saw Dr. Chen for my next scheduled cancer screening and found her to be very warm and personable. She did the screening exam quite efficiently and professionally, and also fairly briefly due to the absence of any areas of concern, which of course I was glad to hear. With one exception, the staff members I encountered were courteous and reasonably friendly. Although the waiting time was an annoyance, I do plan on returning for a follow-up in six months.
