It was our 1st year anniversary, and I originally wanted to stay at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. They were sold out and suggested we stay at their sister property, Four Points at Sheraton. Right from the time we walked into the lobby, it was a terrible experience. The front clerk seemed "high" and unfriendly. The room smelled something awful and the bathroom was the size of a matchbox. The only saving grace was the manager gave us a full refund after we complained how bad it was there. So, thank you for doing that for us. If you're looking to stay at a 4 or 5 star hotel, then I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
